「The resort was stunning. Everything was updated except for our room. Had I have known I would’ve booked on the other side of the hotel to get an updated room. Our window view which was ocean view was mediocre at best. Everything else was great though. The staff were phenomenal. Food was fantastic. I would recommend it!」

「The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Loved breakfast buffet everyday and free happy hour drinks in the evening . The room service was excellent, rooms were spacious. They have restaurants in the property if you don’t want to go outside to eat and the price are almost the same with the restaurants around the area. The hotel is near a groceries store and there are also nice restaurant's .」

「Overall, we had a great stay and truly enjoyed our time at the resort. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast, and the magician show featuring Reynold Alexander was a highlight of our trip.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The pool closed a bit too early, the beach could have been cleaner, and there were fewer activities than we expected. At night, the beach and children’s play...

「I have zero complaints about our stay at Condado Vanderbilt. I traveled with 4 children and from the minute we arrived in the driveway to the minute we left for the airport everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were impeccable and very comfortable. We used the pool the most and loved every minute.
Special thank you to the staff at Ola for singing Happy Birthday to me during brunch!」

「The resort was excellent. We took several day trips away from the Condado area and transportation to and from was no issue with Uber. The pool and beach areas are nice and the on site restaurants were great options for lunch or dinner」

「When we arrived, we were greeted by a wonderful woman who was very helpful. Afterwards, we had a very difficult time getting help and making purchases. First, we requested water and they were supposed to take them up to the room because they had ran out. We never received them.
