「The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room 」

「We stayed Saturday to Wednesday, then returned after a stay in Salisbury on Saturday until Monday. Saturday’s in the summer means big parties. It is noisy and the restaurant isn’t available. They do offer dinner in a small room to accommodate those who aren’t part of the party. The room we had the first Saturday was awful, AC didn’t work and no hot water! "We stayed here for our wedding photo shoot. The receptionist was very kind, and the room was clean and comfortable. Since it was a special occasion, perhaps they even upgraded our room? We had a partial view of Tower Bridge from the room, which made our stay even more special.
Although London Bridge Station is a bit of a walk, it’s manageable, especially if you're sightseeing along the way. If you have heavy luggage or a large suitcase, it might be a bit of a challenge, but overall we had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel.
