We could only message hotel .com, but the staff told us just to wait until the morning on the check in day, it was so frustrating as we waited but they didn't contact us. We finally could get our key passcode after we contacted the Accommodation Emergency number. The staff was very nice and she immediately email us the code. Despite this, the room 31 was...

"Really cute spot with all the facilities needed. A little off the beaten path but next to the Thames walk and close to public transit. Would recommend "
