"The welcome was great and the size and position of the apartment fabulous. The apartment is a little tired and could use a GE real spruce up especially all of the taps and shower. The mattress is quite old I suspect and could use a mattress topper and some new pillows. But in general a really great place and so conveniently located with really nice people who take care of you."

"Avoid staying here to garauntee yourself from making another one. No hot water one day, rooms drab and worn out. No soap but four bottles of conditioner in my bathroom? Very noisy outside. And to top it all off, this has to be one of the most grim ghetto parts of London, never again! Oh yeah and they over charged me and I'm still awaiting my refund."

Advertised as a “ 5 star apartment “ .... filthy with broken beds , broken cupboards , no kitchen equipment , boiler broken so no hot water or heating , and a health hazard with a hole in the ceiling light with water dripping through on to your head in the toilet. Had to leave after 1 terrible night. "
