The property is a little bit dated. Shower drain seems a bit blocked so it took a bit of time for water to drain (there were 5 adults that used the shower the following morning of our stay) so had a little issue but not major.Ease of access to closest underground station (Whitechapel) only 9 to 10-minute walk. Lots of shops around, this was a plus factor as we got back to our stay almost midnight and we needed drinking potable water.AC is a plus factor, so we had a comfortable stay.Area is quiet. Place is situated in a friendly neighborhood area.Stayed with 4 other friends, and they said, they will stay again in the future.Great communication from the host.
