"Adequate room and clean bedroom and bathroom.
Communication could do with improving because I didn't receive email notification 72 hours prior to visit (as stated), I did not know what door number it was (No.113) and nobody answered the phone number when I called, so I was standing outside for 40 minutes.
But good price for location."

"We loved our very brief stay at this hotel! We did end up having to move hotels at the very last minute due to a scheduling conflict, but the two nights we did have here we fully enjoyed. My friend and I agreed that this hotel had the comfiest bed and pillows out of all of our other stays! Also super happy with both hotel managers, Mike and Lewis, for being super helpful in finding alternative arrangements/providing suggestions. All the staff here were really great. "Easy instructions to get the key for the room outside of hours that reception is not manned, easy to find room. Room had all I needed for my short stay, tea/coffee maker, shower with immediate hot water and very comfy bed. Would definitely recommend."

"The location was perfect for my needs. The room was tastefully decorated. There was no issue with the separate bathroom. The bed was a bit creaky and a mattress topper would be a good investment. My coffee machine didn’t work but had instant coffee. There was no continental breakfast left in the room unfortunately. The house beer in pub great .. Staff were friendly. I will definitely stay there again Thank you"

"Lovely place to stay, basically a guest room in a shared house though. Quiet hours meant no late showers which was hard when our days were planned ahead of time. Host was sweet and the room was nice, just felt like a lot of rules that would’ve been helpful ahead of time. The small town is so fun, loved walking around the stores and trying all the local restaurants - they close early so plan for that!"

"The location is very good. Sit next to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, it is still pretty quiet inside. We arrived earlier but the receptionist was kind enough to let us check in with a charge. The room is big but it looks pretty old inside like stains/scratches on the desk, rusty holes of the tub, etc."
"Our two nights were very nice. Clean and quiet.
The bed was very comfy but the A/C system was turned off so the room got a bit stuffy. Wonderful location."
"Really clean bathrooms. Came with hotel slippers and towels.
Well maintained living room everywhere in general was really clean. Helpful staffs as well.
It’s honestly a steal tbh"
