A really good guest house for an overnight stay in West Hampstead- well priced and very clean. All amenities in the room worked- we ended up with a triple room so spacious- easy check-in and out. Would stay again for sure. Allison

The beds were very clean and security was very good. Our shared bathroom had a leaking toilet so the floor was always wet and not attended to for the 3 nights we were there. Also other amenities would have been appreciated like Kleenex, shampoo and conditioner. I felt previous reviews were overly generous.

Room was clean but tiny. No aircon and this didn’t help with the weather hitting 35degrees. Staff were friendly and simple check in procedure. The property is not in a set building so if you are booking as a group be aware you may be separated in different buildings on the street. Nice area with decent restaurants and bars close by.

First and foremost, confirm the exact location and room style. There are several properties with several types of rooms and you don't know what you're getting until you get there, unless you ask first. I learned this the hard way. They would benefit from having fans available in the rooms. We were here in September and it was 70F and it was hot and stuffy in the room. We found bed bugs one night and they moved us to another room that night and thoroughly cleaned the room the next day before having us move back in. The area is great with lots of shops, restaurants, nail salons and hair salons. Also very close to public transportation.

Great little room with en-suite for an over night in WHampstead. Perfect location, near all rail stations, restaurants, and grocery. If you don’t have toiletries (only hand soap is provided) Tesco Express is nearby. Check in and check out was super clear and easy, great communication throughout. Highly recommend.

It was all better than expected. I don't usually stay in London and went with this location and hotel for the Jubilee line to the o2 area. Everything was perfect. Close to the train station, lots of local eating places, and an amazing room to stay for 2 nights for 4 guests. Would definitely book again.

This is a terraced house that has been converted into individual rooms. The conversions have been done to a really high standard! The rooms are small but comfortable, and I found the place to be very quiet (it's in a residential neighborhood). The bed is comfortable and the pillows are fluffy. The bathroom is brand new, great water pressure, great hot water and everything is clean clean clean. There is a bed, desk, tv + remote, little coffee/tea service, and a hair dryer. The bathroom has loo roll. Be sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner, body wash, lotion, etc. Check in is super easy, and the front desk is very communicative and friendly (WhatsApp if you choose). I highly recommend!
