We got no apology or refund for the night from the host. When we finally made it into the apartment we booked, It looked similar to the photos, but it was very unclean and many amenities didn't work. For example, the dishwasher flooded the kitchen floor, the second shower had no handle to turn it on, and the curtains were not floor...

"The property owners were great to work with. The pictures in the posting made the space seem much larger than it actually is. It was quite a tight space and there wasn't a great spot to dry our clothes. It was great that the apartment was right next to the underground but I didn't enjoy the surrounding area as much as I hoped. Next time we will stay in a more family friendly area like Covenant Garden "

"1. This unit is at the top of the building - 5 flights up. There is a TINY elevator that barely one person & a carry-on suitcase can fit into. If you have a lot of luggage, small children, elderly guests or get claustrophobic in tiny elevators, this isn't the place for you. 2. This place needs a serious deep cleaning.
