「Nice beautiful property nice rooms, nice views beautiful pool area very nice workout room and sauna great restaurant and it’s in a good area not too far from whatever you’re looking for as far as food and shopping. I will definitely be back. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that I bought a hotel on Expedia that was VIP and I didn’t get none of the VIP parks at the hotel that was supposed to be $20 a day for the room for whatever and two drink drinks at the bar for each person each...

「Location was great, lots to do and the hotel is clean and well equipped with what you’d need otherwise you’ll find things all around. All the staff were fantastic but I want to give a special mention to Alyssa, when my AC went out she sprung into action fast and made sure I was made comfortable. It’s wonderful that Hyatt hires people they trust and you’re not waiting on some chain to decide if I can have AC or not. Super happy with my experience and will be back! 」

「The location is convenient. However our stay was not good... the room we checked in didnt have hot water. We were not able to exchange room until nxt day. We received the credit as a gesture of apology. Though it did not meet the price we paid. I expected the Westin to be much better... 」
