「It was a nightmare. There was a very strong, unpleasant smell in the main room—it smelled like a dirty dog. I arrived very late at night and was exhausted, so I didn’t have time to deal with it and had to sleep with the window open. What’s more, when I went into the bathroom, there was a strange smell there too—it seemed like someone had wiped it down with a wet, dirty, musty rag. But that’s not all! When I turned on the faucet, a terrible smell of sewer wafted up from the sink—it seems they...

「新築ホテルで快適に過ごせました」

「Ok」

「My rental car was stolen out of the parking lot this is not the hotel's problem but apparently there was another rental car stolen the same week. Phoenix police need to probably be more on top of this but other than that they were very helpful.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! First, the staff are all incredibly friendly and hard working. Every single facility (multiple restrooms, kitchen, dining areas, pool, lobby etc) were kept meticulous. The continental breakfast that was included with our stay on the Element side was AMAZING! The chefs make a new fresh breakfast item each day (pancakes, avocado toast, chicken and waffles, eggs to name a few of the breakfasts we had) and they offer a selection of fruit, coffee bagels etc as...

「The employees are the real stars here! They made the stay that much more enjoyable. The hotel is clean and decorated nicely. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely go there again.」

「Great staffs!」

「Was in a great area. Quiet at night and plenty of room for our little family.」

「The property was exactly what we wanted. The room was clean and staff were friendly. Really I don't have anything bad to say about our experience other than the really big issue of no hot water or no water at all over the period of four days. I understand that things break and repairs need to be done and sometimes that takes time. We were as accomodating as we could be about the issue while still expressing that this was extremely inconviencing. In this instance I do not think that I should...

「I had an incredibly terrible experience in this hotel. When I asked the receptionist of the hotel whether or not I can have toothpaste, by talking to her, saying "Excuse me," with a calm voice in a polite tone, she was a little startle by being talked to. Surprisingly, she yelled to me, "You scared me!" with a quite angry and unpleasant face and gesture. I was in fact surprised that she got angry, since what I said is just "Excuse me" quietly and politely. So, I said, "YOU scared me." Then, she...
