「Clean and spacious room」

「We had a one night stay in a junior suite room, 306. Room was great but there was no hot or even warm water. The maintainence fellow came 3x to check as he said he adjusted the levels. All he did was take the temperature of running water and said it was 97 each time. It was warm water! The "hot" water did not last each time he left, lasted less than 30 minutes and turned into lukewarm water. He said the hotel had water issues last week. The front desk said they could downgrade me to room 402 as...

「The staff was excellent starting with Blake greeting us upon arrival at the valet. He was exceptionally courteous, kind and helpful throughout our stay! The servers at restaurant also were exceptional, with being patient, informative and courteous. The property is very nice, but would have to say the staff made it exceptional!! Thank you all!」

「Great place to stay!」

「Top tier!! 5 star! Exceeded my expectations」

「Really close to nightlife. Room was always cleaned well. Friendly staff!」

「Location is great 」

「Very comfortable in every way! Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location was very convenient for our medical appointments. We appreciated the quiet and comfort especially due to health issues at the time.」
