Room was clean. Parking lot was large and mostly empty but they charge you $10/night to park. Breakfast materials were not always out on time. One day apples were very wilted and inedible In downtown Scottsdale located among other hotels and businesses, but not near restaurants or attractions, Ned to drive to them.

Wonderful!

Front desk was very nice & friendly. The room was big and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The pillows were the best. It’s in a very convenient location for downtown Scottsdale, and I felt very safe.

Great hotel stay for work, looks of places near buy to get snacks, food etc… the check in staff was great. I realized the next morning I left my deodorant at home and was able to buy some in the hotel. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Really nice clean room.

Overall it was a nice stay. When we first check in our room wasn’t cleaned. But the front desk gladly helped us with a different room. No fuss or nothing. The service was great. Friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is old and the room felt dirty. The worst part was the breakfast, it’s very basic. We were there for New Year’s Eve, we came down to get food at 9 and everything was dirty. There was literally no food left, not even coffee! We thought since it was the1st they would have breakfast later. Today we came down at 8, but sadly there wasn’t much either. I am gluten intolerant and they said that they didn’t have options for me, not even yogurt. Her answer was: the food truck doesn’t get here until late tonight and walked off. Not the friendliest staff. I will not be staying in this chain again.

I liked the location to Old Town. The manager was great at helping to fix an issue. The property is nice and clean. My only cons are that the bed is very firm, the water pressure is weak, breakfast was not good. I would still stay here again despite these issues because of the price and cleanliness.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Bonvoy. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff were very nice, and the breakfast was excellent. The price by far beats other comparable hotels like Home 2 Suites in the Scottsdale area, with excellent access to the main highways. Lovely stay overall!
