"If you're on the street side of the hotel you can hear the traffic going by but if you're on the parking lot side its quiet. This really is the best value in Tempe. "

"The rooms was unfortunately very noisy due to being next to the street. Any rooms on the west side of the building will be affected. Wish I would have known that prior to getting the room. I asked for a change, they were unable to accommodate. So sleeping was an issue. But rather close to Scottsdale and ASU, so driving around was easy. "
