"DO NOT STAY HERE!! Avoid it, as this property is being changed under another name so the hotel is a mess and doesn’t provide what it promises. We had stayed here before multiple times but now it was completely different. We had always returned because we had a nice experience but after this time never coming back. Room was dirty and the AC did not work properly, they did not provide enough towels; only ONE!! For two people, no facial towel nothing else. When I requested more towels they told me they didn’t have any available and to wait; they never came to bring them neither did they picked up the phone. The breakfast was horrible; only a terrible coffee, waffles and cereal; nothing else. Lastly, the shower had a hanging piece of ceiling and when I was done showering it fell off; almost hit me, this was my last straw. When I asked for a refund they told me I had to email the manager and never heard back. Never staying here again. "

"Booked last minute through a third-party based on decent reviews, but this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The property was extremely dark with minimal lighting, which felt unsafe upon arrival. The room was 83° with a non-working AC despite being set to 64°—completely unacceptable for Arizona. The front door was also warped and didn’t fully seal. Staff came to replace the thermostat batteries, but that didn’t fix the issue. They manually turned on the wall unit, but it shut off again within minutes. Trying to resolve the issue was frustrating. The front desk didn’t answer the room phone, and I had to call from my cell to get through. They offered to move me to another room but refused a refund, and there was no maintenance available that night. While documenting everything, I found mold on the door frame and ceiling near the bathroom, along with a visibly dirty chair. During checkout, the situation worsened when the receptionist became rude, raised her voice, and used profanity. Overall, this property is not as advertised and feels more like a low-grade motel than a resort. I would not stay here again."

"This hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. They had a restaurant in the lobby with free coffee and a little market and a happy hour. We were pleasantly surprised. They also had a shuttle to the airport we could’ve used. The next time I fly out of the Phoenix airport I will definitely use them again."

"breakfast was limited and average. room needed to be vaccummed better. bathroom was awkward with door opening in to a small bathroom , just missing the toilet. a barn door would have been better"

"This felt like a very clean, high-quality and well maintained hotel. Check-in was incredibly quick; the room was spacious, well maintained, modern and clean; the breakfast was standard for this brand and the pool was very nice as well."
