「I had an incredibly terrible experience in this hotel. When I asked the receptionist of the hotel whether or not I can have toothpaste, by talking to her, saying "Excuse me," with a calm voice in a polite tone, she was a little startle by being talked to. Surprisingly, she yelled to me, "You scared me!" with a quite angry and unpleasant face and gesture.

「Very reasonable. Located in a quiet area and it was good for family vacation.」

「Love the contactless process and everything what overall amazing and worth it.」

「Ok」

「My rental car was stolen out of the parking lot this is not the hotel's problem but apparently there was another rental car stolen the same week. Phoenix police need to probably be more on top of this but other than that they were very helpful.」

「Very nice place for a family to stay. Clean and well maintained if a little old.」

「Location and amenities are great.」
