The best staff! Very welcoming and helpful. Everything was easy and we had a wonderful breakfast each morning. Gorgeous views and grounds!

Stayed at Brockencote in early September 2026. It was a very enjoyable visit. Highly recommend for peace and quiet, friendly staff, beautiful location, safe and easy parking, short distance to many local attractions. Must do's include Harvington Hall, Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Black Country Living Museum, Worcester. It is also not too far from Cotswolds tourist sites. The staff were excellent. An absolute gem! A wonderful authentic pub offering such comfortable and friendly accommodation. The restaurant food is delicious and the full English breakfast is the best I can remember. The village is delightful.. and we were lucky enough to stay a Thursday when there is music, and we also had the best Mortis dancing! Such a memorable stay! Thank you

Our family of four stayed here for 2 nights. We had rooms in an adjoining wing to the old manor house. It was very quiet, the rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the spa facilities and beautiful indoor swimming pool. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms could use some minor repair - carpet, grout, paint, but that didn't interfere with our enjoyment of the New Hall. The breakfast was delicious and located in the old house. The reception staff was EXCELLENT - very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly....

Room was elegant, clean, tea/coffee/biscuits/chocolate available. Occasional to use the bar, barman was friendly, helpful and mixed a very good “old fashioned “.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean, spacious and bed was very comfortable. I enjoy staying at Leonardo hotels.
