"The staff was very kind and welcoming, but I especially want to recognize the front desk clerk with blonde hair, piercings, and tattoos. She was extremely nice and helpful throughout my stay. This was my first time visiting Jacksonville, Florida, so I asked her a few questions about the area and places I could visit. She gave me several recommendations and answered all of my questions to the best of her knowledge. She truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and helped make my first experience in Jacksonville a great one. Her kindness and customer service definitely stood out to me, and because of that experience, I would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Jacksonville.
