"The decor was beautiful. Unfortunately, this hotel was lacking in comfort and other features. The mattress was uncomfortable and pillows were flat. The laminate floor was peeling on several spots. The restaurant did not offer healthy options. I would not stay here again. "

"5 stars As a Jacksonville local, I decided to enjoy a weekend staycation at the Embassy Suites by Hilton—and I’m so glad I did! The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a relaxing treat (a first for me!), and I had an amazing time unwinding. The complimentary drink options were a nice touch, and breakfast was absolutely superb.
