「Great location and hotel is clean and updated. 」

「Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!」

「Fully renovated rooms and friendly staff!!」

「Check-in was quick but went to the room and the bed wasn’t made and no linens in room. Went back to the desk after waiting 15 minutes for the staff to come to room. She said she would move us to a different room. Went to new room that was a queen standard. We paid for a king suite! She would not discuss a credit to us for the lower class room. Hopefully someone will issue a credit of some type. 」

「There wasn't a full kitchen, only a microwave. The rooms were very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.」

「Clean and well equipped, appears recently remodeled. Did not use pool due to continuing remodeling in other units, which other than limiting guest parking was not a noise issue. Great access to beach and other amenities. Single bdrm unit so no wash/dry, but found great laundry mat 1 mile south. Would recommend and would return.」

「Check-in was quick and the staff members were very friendly and efficient. We only stayed one night along our travel but would definitely stay longer next time. Nice pool, hot tub and beautiful beach entrance. Many options for breakfast as well.」

「We booked close to our arrival date as our plans to stay with friends fell through. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy with our stay. We enjoyed being close to the water/bridge and spent time watching the boats as well as the dolphins. Our room was small, BUT, efficient and had everything we needed. The addition of a full breakfast was an added bonus to our reservation. We would not hesitate to book here again as well as recommend the hotel to others!! 」

「The room is divided into basically 3 sections. A Living/Dining area with one small table, 2 chairs, a small refrigerator and a very small microwave; the bedroom with two night stands and a wall mounted TV; and the bathroom. No coffee maker and there is no continental breakfast so you're on your own there. There is also a reasonably sized closet although no hangers are provided. Take your own shampoo, they only provide soap and towels. No real issues with cleanliness, room and shower both...

「This place was perfect! I loved the location>beautiful garden to sit in, coffee and snacks available in lobby 24/7. Interior design was beautiful. There was not a TV in our room but we just watched Netflix on our laptop. A perfect short stay.」
