"The condo was as shown in the pictures. We loved the top floor with the ocean view. All the furnishings were beautifully done. The rooms including beds and bathrooms were great. Loved the kitchen supplies, beach chairs, towels etc. We definitely would recommend this rental and if we come back to this area, would definitely stay again. "

"This condo was not at all what we had expected. It had a horrible smell of smoke, pieces of the bunk bed furniture were loose or broken, the screen door was off its track, and there were rust stains in the refrigerator. For the amount of money, it was not at all what we had expected. Thankfully, the property managers were wonderful and were very understanding. This is the first time that we’ve ever had a complaint about at VRBO vacation rental. I felt bad requesting a refund, but with 3 little kids, we were not comfortable staying there. We were so lucky to be able to work with understanding property managers. They were a huge help to us "

"Beautiful condo!! It was so big inside and clean, and the massive balcony and views were amazing. Very short walk to the beach and our kids had a blast in the pool. They had a closet filled with beach toys which was great. Communication with the property owner was fast and easy. I do wish the check-in list has a few more details. For example, the beach closet wasn’t listed on it, but I remember seeing it mentioned in another review so reached out and asked. They also only supply enough garbage bags, dishwasher, pods, etc. to get you through the stay but it didn’t say that in the list so we had to make another trip to the grocery store. Other than that, no complaints (and those aren’t really complaints!) "
