"Me and my husband both had a wonderful stay! The room was very private. It was so quiet. It came spotless. The amenities were great. Everything we needed was in the room, dishes, towels, plates, bowls, soaps, even beach stuff!
There were lovely local fair up and down the boulevard from the room. Although some restaurants did need advance reservations, they were well worth the effort because the food was excellent and the variety was great!
Also, we can’t forget that for a small hidden gem, the little plat has something for everyone to do within a short drive. Her place is the perfect distance away from everything.
And the beach, it was just right across the street from the room, the view from the room was great and the beach was just a little walk across the street, which made it very accessible, and in a perfect place. Yup, it was a perfect stay for us!
The Host Monica was perfect.
She responded immediately to all of my questions and she always was available. She answered everything quickly. She was more than helpful with anything that I needed.
I would give her a 20 out of 10 and the room a 20 out of 10, if it were available, and definitely both were worth more than five stars, but I will definitely give both Monica & the room five stars. "

"We loved our stay here. The room was clean and very accommodating. The kids got to play in the pool and we were very close to access the beach. Parking was free and super close. The ladies at the front desk made check in and check out very smooth and easy. Everyone was very nice to us. Cannot wait to visit again really soon.

"This property is a gem. The heated pool, continuous hot-water, and the fully-equipped kitchen were the most important elements. Also, we found the property super clean.The property managers were very responsive and gracious. Lastly, the property is right north of Canaveral National Seashore which was so much fun to visit. I would definitely re-book this property."
