"No toiletries in bathroom, used coffee cups in room. Beach sand on beds, broken toothpick in bed, dirty wash rag still in bathtub, had to ask desk for extra towels and wash rags. No one from housekeeping came by to restock anything until the evening before we checked out, parking for hotel was advertised $23.00 dollars a night but I was charged $25.00. This place was a huge disappointment. The only thing positive to mention was the view from the room. "

The condo was clean, and the manager was timely in responding to us.We rated this condo with four stars due to the beach/sand restoration project happening right outside our door. The beach in front of our condo was inaccessible for most of our time there, so that was inconvenient and noisy."

"We rented the unit for the backyard and direct access to beach. When we arrived scaffolding and painters appeared in the backyard and all outside furniture was removed. No one told us about the building being painted during our stay. After complaining and being offered non-comparable substitute housing, we received a slight adjustment to rent. I would suggest that renters ensure all the building work has been completed before finalizing your stay (we heard it was an 8 month project). "
