"Beautiful property. Our family enjoyed sitting on the dock and enjoying the dolphins. The pool area was great. There were plenty of tables and seating everywhere that we really appreciated! Very well appointed with a great kitchen full of pots and utensils! Had some great family meals. The house was the vacation for us…we never left! The family already asked when we can go back!"

"This is a perfect place for a family. The balcony was great, the pool is right below and just steps from the non drive on beach. Close to everything you need but far enough away from the busyness of Flagler Ave. the condo is older but kept up nice."

"This place is awesome! One of the best VRBO's we have ever stayed in. I thought it was even better than the pictures. Loved how well it was stocked with EVERYTHING, including beach items! Wonderful host that responds very quickly and gave great recommendations! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The stay at Jeff's Penthouse condo was Amazing !! It was one of the best vacation properties that suited our whole family. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, relaxing and everything we could have asked for. There was nothing lackng in the condo from linens, towels, kitchen items, to pool / beach accessories and even baby items. It was large enough for some of our local family to come over and visit. We will definitely look at renting the property again in the future. Thanks su much Jeff for having your home available for us to share. THE SANDERS FAMILY"

"I am absolutely in love with Michelle’s condo! From the minute we walked through the door, we were instantly blown away at how impressive this condo is. The pictures do not do it justice! Everything was spotless and so beautifully decorated, so many little details that made this property truly special. The balcony is amazing, and the jetted tub is an added bonus! My kids instantly found the toy box and found their favorites to play with during our stay. The entire time we were there, my kids and I kept saying to each other how much we loved it, how we wished we lived there, and how we never wanted to leave. Honestly my family just wants to move in! My hope is that everyone who books this room will respect it and take care of it, so that it continues to stay as nice as it currently is. New Smyrna Beach is my happy place, and this property is the icing on the cake. Now that we’ve stayed here, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else when I’m in NSB, and in fact I am already planning our next trip to stay in this condo!"
