「Paid for an ocean view and ended up looking at the air conditioners. My wife stated that she noticed stains on the bed coverings but which she called ans was not addressed. I was charged $40 per day for 2 cars, which was excessive on top of that had to wait 20-30 minutes to get our cars. Paid $40 for overly cook small piece of salmon with 2 pieces of baby corn. When speaking with front desk manager was not helpful and really not seemed to be uninterested in addressing concerns. 」

「We loved our stay at Max Beach Resort. The view from every room was beautiful. The living room patio doors open all the way up making it fee like outdoor living. Parking was very easy. The location of the elevators in the building makes it a really quick trip from the room to everything from the beach to the rooftop terrace which was key for our trip with small children. Staff was lovely and helped immediately if we needed any assistance. The only con was that the kitchen could use more items...

「Crappy internet, TV didn't work, breakfast was so full of people you couldn't get in, messy, people using hands touching everything, night staff was so rude and irritated for some reason Tuesday evening. 」

Dirty rooms food smashed all over the floor, leaking faucets, rusted safe and rust all on the floor tiny ants all over the bathroom dirty room filthy complained one time that manager laughed everything off because she was taking a trip and didn’t want to be bothered the last night a roach ran across the floor under the bed while I was sitting on the bed. 「同僚と2ベッドルームに宿泊しましたが、バスもそれぞれのベッドルームにあり、プライベートが確保されました。キッチンは電子レンジとシンクしかない（食器や調理器具は無い）ですが、全体的に清潔です。また宿泊したいと思います。」

「客室の設備はやや古いけれども、十分清潔でした。綺麗な海が正面に見える部屋で、1泊3万円+アルファなら、リーズナブルと思えました。ホテルフロントやレストランの方は、英語が得意でない私にも愛想が良くて親切でした。冬の嵐が来るようなシーズンに行きましたが、朝晩外は寒く、部屋の中も少し寒いので、厚着用の服をもっていってよかったと思いました。」

「The staff was mean, had an attitude and would not even look at you. Check in was at 4 and did not get a room till 6:30. Staff did not apologize or offer any accommodations since I paid for a full night but technically did not get a full night. No entry from pool to beach. You have to walk around the building and walk in by car beach entrance. Great view from room facing beach.」
