「The room needs updating, I realize that when windy the sliding glass doors will get salt and sand but they were not cleaned prior to our visit as there were hand prints on the outside. Needs new blinds and blankets. Other than that it was clean. The location is good. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. They are doing some construction in the entrance. 」

「We had such a wonderful stay at this beach house in New Smyrna Beach. The location was absolutely perfect — close to the beach and within walking distance to so many great restaurants and spots to explore.The house itself was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was especially perfect for a smaller group and felt very cozy and relaxing. I also loved the thoughtful touch of guests leaving helpful items behind for the next visitors, and I was happy to do the same....

「Would absolutely stay again! Lived it. This place was absolutely as described. Walking distance to the beach from free parking at our room. Full kitchen and small fridge. Much bigger fridge than most hotels. At least the ones I have stayed in.Shower was great and hot water was on tap. I didn’t try out out queen size fold out bed. I brought queen sz blow up mattress to put on top and we slept great. We also felt completely safe. The whole community felt completely safe. Like the years of...
