"Stayed here for Rockville. The place was a good value since it sits right on the beach with private steps down to the water. A great porch to sit and look out at the ocean view. 3 rooms are very good size with comfortable beds. There is an additional room that has two sets of bunk beds that is tiny. I think it would be better to remove the one set of beds to make it a bit more comfortable. "We had a really enjoyable stay at this property! Ken went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. The property is right on the beach perfect for relaxing walks, watching sunrises & sunsets, and listening to the waves. One of the biggest highlights is that the property is pet friendly which made traveling with our doggy so much easier and more enjoyable."

"Beverlys place is not quite as advertised. I wouldn't call it 3 masters as there are jo adjoining bathrooms. The room with the bunk beds might as well be a closet with no door on it. The A/C is window shakers in some of the rooms. Our visit was a very hot 4th of July weekend. The place was very warm, one of the bedrooms had no A/C at all, just a fan. The place is in need of some TLC, There is a window held on with duct tape and one of the bathroom doors didn't latch shut. The ad makes you feel...
