「I had two nights. I was not informed about the cable change. So around 9 while I was in the shower the guy comes banging in the door wanting to come in. Check out time isn't till 11 if I wasn't staying even. Very rude. Says too bad it has to be done. I called the front desk no apology, no discount for running me out early. Not great customer service and inconsiderate 」

「Host was communicative and the house was good for our family of four for a few days. Small details were off - funny layout, light switches in odd places, all the lighting is florescent, the living room chandelier glares on the TV, no hand towels, rust on some bathroom fixtures, and some tiles were unfinished. Freight trains travel through the area and honk frequently throughout the nights, which woke most of us. But the AC is excellent, the kitchen is pretty well equipped, no complaints about...

「Rooms were nice size and private, house was clean, perfect size garage for us to store our bikes when we weren’t riding. Kitchen was perfect , we mainly made breakfast and ate out the other times . 」
