「The room was just as pictured. The views were amazing. The property pool was heated and they have a nice hot tub. Unfortunately it had rained the entire second day we were there, and it never really heated back up before we left. But they kept the property clean and well maintained. I saw the pool guys there cleaning three times on our stay (could have been more). If I am back in Ormond beach again, I'll book with The Maverick Resort again! *One down side was ONE very unpleasant night desk...

「Thought that it was a beach facing room but was not. Place is a time share property and not a real hotel Staff made me feel like i was an annoyance. Overall disappointing experience. Nice beach though. 」

「Room smelled like food, floor was not that clean, bathroom looked like it was half way cleaned, and the beds are hard. Other that, everything else was fine. 」

「Yes it did the only problem that i had i stayed 3 days went and asked for trash bags the lady at the front desk only give me one trash bag had to go get my own trash bag」

「Room was clean & had everything we needed. Goat was also communicative & welcoming from start to end. 」

「Building was under renovations, closet door was fallen and you could see all the cleaning supplies. We paid for ocean front except the windows were completely covered by blue plastic. We checked in and checked out within 15 minutes but we were fully refunded since we were not notified about the construction. 」
