This was a great place for me and my family. The beach is gorgeous and the staff was great! They are still renovating the property but overall it was very nice. They need to improve on their breakfast to go with what all Hilton properties offer. The only negative comment is paying $10 day to park. Hilton does not have that at their other hotels.

We stayed here for a milestone birthday weekend trip. I’m honestly really upset and disappointed with our entire stay. The AC was on the lowest setting the whole weekend, but it felt like it wasn’t even working — we were sweating the entire time inside the room. There were two bowls set outside under the AC unit that were spilling over, making the patio floor slimy and dangerously slippery. Then we had an issue with the toilet and asked for help, only to be told there was no maintenance on site and that they’d make a note for the next day and "try to find a plunger." We were lucky to get it working ourselves, because they told us they couldn’t find one — meaning they would’ve just left five women in a room overnight with no functioning bathroom. That’s honestly unacceptable. We asked for extra linens and a pillow, and the woman at the desk said it was the “last one” but didn’t even try to check. It just felt like no one cared. Housekeeping only comes every other day, but they don’t stop by to see if you need clean towels, toiletries. There were no trash bags in the cans and we had to take things out to the trash ourselves. Mini fridge barely got cold, there was no coffee maker, no ice bucket, and the pullout couch smelled awful. The stairs down to the beach were dangerous, and to top it off — only one car per room was allowed for parking. We came here expecting a relaxing time and left feeling disappointed, disrespected, and like our comfort and safety were never a priority.

They charged $10.00 a day for parking which they take out of your $100.00 deposit when you leave. The rug in my room was wet from the a/c in the next room and by the 2nd day it was wet to the first bed. Other than that it was good.

We had an actually awesome time. This was our stop on our way to Orlando from McDonough Georgia. We stopped in Ormond Beach specifically for beach time. We loved that the spark was literally right on the beach. The only issue I had was our room because as soon as you walk in the floor was sopping wet to the point where you stepped there and you can hear the squish. We did not notice when we first came into the room we changed and went to the beach spent about an hour and a half to two hours on the beach because it started to rain unfortunately. But we came back to the room. We were barefoot and that’s when we found it. If you can imagine!?! Anyway, it didn’t go past maybe the first two or 3 feet after the door so we did call and complain about it, but we did not change rooms because again it was only supposed to be one night. The next morning at check out I can’t remember the guy‘s name. He’s tall and wears glasses. He was a beautiful soul. We did remind him about our room and the floor. He was understanding and he was very kind and very apologetic. So and he gave us some high shoes on the house! I hope that doesn’t get him in trouble, but we appreciate it and the next time we come to Ormond Beach, we are actually going to come back to the park! And we’re coming back because of him so shout out to him sorry I can’t remember your name! But all in all we had an awesome day except for that little squishy carpet and if we are coming back to Ormond Beach, that’s where we’re coming

This is def a 3 star hotel. Was great for a 1 or 2 day trip but spend the extra 5/6 hundred dollars for the 4/5 star hotel. The hotel was purchased by Hilton and is being remodeled but still you can tell it’s dated. They offer breakfast but a light breakfast such as cereal, bagels, and oatmeal. Pool is a nice size goes 8ft deep however at night it gets dark due to no lights on the rear of the hotel and 1 light inside the pool. Limited seating around the pool. Very close and easy access to the beach just make sure you bring beach chairs and umbrellas. Just as others stated parking is very limited so if you get a spot hold on to it. They do have additional parking under the hotel but it is very tight. Smelled a little like paint due to the remodel. Staff were nice at front desk and checked on us through out the stay however towels seemed to be the hardest thing to get your hands on. Asked 4 different times with no luck and I asked 1 of the house keepers a fifth time as they were on our floor, who said they only had enough towels to restock the rooms they were cleaning. Finally on the last day we were able to get fresh towels, which we had a 3 day/2night stay. Thankful for one of our neighbors who had a couple of extra towels to give us. Room service is every other day so I can’t rate how well the room service is. Lastly the air-conditionings leak on the balcony and splatters a small mist of water on you while enjoying the ocean view. Guess it’s nice when the sun is out..

Nice property right on the beach you cannot beat the price and wonderful location. The maintenance crews keeps the pool area clean and tidy - plenty of chairs and tables to enjoy your lunch ! Clean rooms but they need to improve the bathrooms too small and out of date and needs remodeling. Beds were clean and comfy

The dog pad was awful, to small and to many dogs for the little spot bad smell, water leaking in floor of room, we were over looking the dumpsters, the bill wasn’t right at first but they corrected it, they did move us to a different room!!

Excellent, right at the beach! Room is spacious, bed is very good. Breakfast could be more to choose from, but it is ok.
