With both a basketball and softball tournament going on, the place was packed with kids and families, but she stayed calm, professional, and kind the entire time—even dealing with a few rude customers. She truly went above and beyond and absolutely deserves a raise! "

"Staff was friendly. Landscaping is beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. However…. The room was ok clean. Tidy, but… Pizza boxes left in oven. Splatter on walls. Carpet had big stains. One lamp was broken a teetering. And there is NO soundproofing between floors. I mean, none. Anyone simply walking around, just normally, upstairs could be heard. Lots was good. But the noise was significant."
