"Very welcoming and friendly staff. Clean rooms and good food at the restaurant. My only complaint has nothing to do with the hotel or staff but related to the location and noise. There is a gas station directly across from the hotel where the local bikers and college kids hang out and blast music all night. I heard police sirens a couple of time through out the night which would temporarily quiet them. Impossible to get any sleep as the noise was o loud. That was Friday nigh and my room window faced in the direction of the gas station. Saturday I asked the front desk to move me to room facing on the opposite side of the hotel in hopes that it would be less noisy and it was slightly better, but still very noisy. A shame because the hotel itself is well allocated and the staff really does a great job. "

"While the property was a bit dated, it was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread in the morning was good. The tub dripped, so the bathroom door had to be shut so you didn't hear it. We were on the top floor so the traffic from I4 can be heard through the bathroom vent and is loud. The air conditioning unit was unbelievably loud, I had to put a pillow over my head to fall asleep."

"Absolutely wonderful suite just steps away from all the restaurants on Española Way. A 3-5 minute walk to the beach/ Ocean Drive. The staff are incredible (Adriana and Simona were so kind :) . There is a very nice garden area with tables, chairs and many cute cats! We really enjoyed drinking coffee and eating breakfast there. Heads up if you have a car or rental, the street parking and nearest garages are pricey! Park at the G7 Municipal Garage (about a 7 minute walk)."
