「Very conveniently located to the airport. Room is big and clean. Staff was helpful and accommodating」

「This hotel is located approx 10 miles from SFB. They do not offer a shuttle from airport to hotel but can get an Uber quite easily. Room was comfortable and clean. Hot breakfast offered as well as cold items which was convenient. It is located about an hour from Port Canaveral but used the Go Port for pick up at hotel and drop off at airport after cruise. Would stay here again. Restaurants and gas station within walking distance.」

「Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. 」

「The woman at the front desk was friendly but when I went to my room the bed wasn’t made and the drawers weren’t shut properly. It was as if someone had to vacate quickly. I went back downstairs and the woman was not overly apologetic( does this happen often?!?) My new room had a weird smell and the bed was creaky. Overall, not the best stay at close to 200 a night. I was really disappointed in this hotel.」

「Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.」

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.」

「I would give this a zero star if I could, the only positive thing I can think of is the Kind young man at the desk, he kindly helped us to get a refund even after checking in. Hallways are absolutely filthy and crowded with folks hanging out on the floor by their rooms. Elevator filthy, smells were overwhelming and it was loud! When we entered our room, we got hit with an extremely strong smell of MOLD. We couldn’t stay longer than a few minutes, walls has streaks of brown and white, bathrooms...
