They need to change the furniture in the lobby are dirty and old, they don't have access door to the beach you have to go by the public street, they use the same elevator for maintenance employees with tools, clothes basket etc... They need a lot improvement

While staying at the hyatt, we noticed black mold on one of the lamp shades. Our balcony door would not open and we had to have a maintenance come up. There are no stairs to go up only to go down and there are two elevators that are very small. you're constantly waiting for an elevator. They only had two luggage carts for over a hundred rooms. The parking was very tight and difficult to get out.So if you have a big vehicle, I would suggest not going there. The room appeared to be dirty when we got there. There was still a bobby pin in the bathroom, half under the sink.Like they didn't clean properly. Asked for more towels since we had a family of 5 and there was only 2 in our room and yeah. when housekeeping came to clean our room, and we were told that they were in the laundry. Not only did we get a knot get new towels, which is understandable. But she took the ones we did have hanging up. We said something to the front desk again about towels, and they said they still didn't have any. We again, said something to housekeeping later that night about towels, and we were told that they had to take care of the guests checking in first, and then they would worry about us. We stayed 42 nights and never received any new towels. The bar did not have a menu and never looked like it was open. Most of the snacks were empty that were for sale, and it was just a very disorganized hotel. Would not recommend especially for the price.

I was very disappointed with the look condition and lack of professionalism at this hotel. My experience was ruined due to this hotel. It was dirty front from the front door. The lobby area looked on cap, dirty furniture. The staff was rude with the exception of Ryan, which was the only one that had any type of professionalism. The hallway on the ninth floor with my room was was extremely hot. The carpet was dirty. It smelled staff gave you gave you weird looks like I was bothering them for booking the hotel room there the room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty the pillows everything they have stains on the ceilings on the walls. Paint was peeling. I was almost scared to even stay, but I had no other option. We ended up checking out very early because I couldn’t bear and my family couldn’t bear to sleep there any longer I wish and I’m going to try to reach out to Expedia to request partial refund because what they portrayed on their website for the description of the hotel was not correct.

Hubiese querido darle 4 estrellas por la buena ubicación del Hotel sobre la playa, el desayuno y el accesible precio de la habitación, staff amigable y buen servicio, pero el hotel necesita renovación en algunas áreas, el aire acondicionado de la habitación estuvo fallando constantemente, las últimas dos noches prácticamente el aire no funcionaba la temperatura en la habitación subia a 87*F , el staff amablemente la última noche nos cambiaron de habitación cuando a la 1am no podíamos dormir debido al calor dentro de la habitación. No hay acceso a la playa atravez del area de la alberca, tu tienes que bricar las jardineras para acceder atravez de la rampa/escaleras del area contigua, el techo del area del comedor necesita renovación total. A excepción de lo anterior, la pasas bien en general! Gracias al excelente staff del Hotel!!

Called ahead of time for a room there was not near elevator or noisy places because we had a dog. We were located right across from the ice machine on the our Our dog bark every time someone came to get ice so we ended up bringing the dog back home And going back. Beach assist from the hotel was closed so you had to jump over concrete fins to get to the beach. First day we were there there was not even shower gel. Also the shower handle came off, took them over an hour to come over our room to fix it. Meanwhile, the water was running. Following day maid it was in the elevator when they were open she said “get in the elevator or get out. I’m not waiting for anyone. I am here to do my job and go home.” Third day we were there the AC went out didn’t have anyone to fix it at that time so we had to pack all our stuff and move to another room. Their floor we were in there was a bunch of high school kids on supervise. They were loud they were kicked on the door. The following day it was raining, high school kids on supervise being loud in the hallway, slamming doors. We thought we could relax in the room since it was raining, but we couldn’t do it. We ended packing our stuff and going home. We still have one more night to stay. I have to say the front desk people were always super nice and trying to take care of everything.

This was by far the worst trip me and my wife have ever had, I am ICU? She is ER, we decided to take a weekend to get away, and yes we live in central Florida, and the fact that Expedia has this as a property and did not show that they have no beach access, no pool, no basic USB ports in the room, the hallway was soooo unbelievably hot leading from the elevator, only to go into the room that was so insanely bad, the drawers would not shut, the fridge would not close, I would have never ever stayed in this facility ever!

Unfortunately, the pool was not working during our stay, and we were not informed of this beforehand. No discount or compensation was offered. The room was not very clean—the carpet in particular seemed dirty—and the common areas were also poorly maintained. While the staff was friendly, the overall service was lacking. The hotel is in need of updates and much better cleaning standards.

Este hotel , no piscina y no atienden bien , hay cucarachas y chinches en los colchones no tienen aire del sexto piso hacia arriba en los pasillos , no lo recomiendo
