「The best place I stayed in recommend if everybody to stay all the time. Make sure you book a month ahead of time and do it. Don’t do what I did. I tried to book a suite and on a sign the book and didn’t go through. It was a room with three beds and was three of us my mom, my dad and me so I had to upgrade when I got there, but it was a beautiful experience. 」

「Room was big, although we had 2 single beds, the room still felt big and spacious. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early without paying any additional fees. I have an 8 month old baby and requested a cot. The cot was delivered within 10 minutes of requesting. Geat selection at breakfast. A lot of tables. 「Amazing staff, easy check in and out, enough elevators, very close to the haram about a 4/5 minute walk. Clock tower is about 7/8 minutes away. Nice security and amazing WiFi service. Would definitely recommend, for umrah.」

「The breakfast was fresh and very good. Staff was amazing specially the manager in the dining area. Very hospital and pleasant. Rooms were clean the only thing was house keeping didn’t come to clean our room. I didn’t request it either as I was there for 2 nights but anything I asked for it was provided right away. Overall it was a great experience will definitely recommend this hotel! 」

「Spacious rooms. Close to the new extension and tiled courtyard area Breakfast and dinner were worth the price for convenience as there are not many shops close by for food. If you eat out you will end up buying from places which are about a 10minute walk away and it'll cost around the same as the hotel food. Friendly staff, check in was quick and staff were always willing to help. Good access to lifts. My only issue was that the adhaan was not audible from the room. Also, as this hotel is away...
