I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and each visit has been great. I will only stay at this hotel when I go for Ummrah. Staff is outstanding to meet your every need, it is a 2 minute walk to the kaba, and the food is delicious.

I really enjoyed our stay at at Swissotel. The room was clean, the breakfast and dinner options were plenty to choose from. The best part was to be able to hear the Adhan from Mesjid al haram, during times you couldn’t go to masjid. Thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The reception, concierge, and bell boys were so helpful and made navigating the city and hotel so much more manageable. We enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the masjid and the clock tower. We are excited to come back soon iA!

Location and staff are the biggest added value for this hotel . Very friendly check in process and location being in the clock tower makes the access to Kaaba 🕋 very accessible. Prayer are live audio in the room for elder amazing option to pray live from the room . Thank you for an amazing stay . Surely we will come back in the future Insha Allah .

Excellent Haram location hotel, excellent and very welcoming front desk staff… extremely short on luggage handling staff (bell captains, with waiting for about an hour to get the luggage downstairs)!!!

With Haram view from the room and prayers can be heard on the speaker this is the best hotel I've stayed in. Shopping centre underground is very good with food courts shops and museum of the Prophet biography.
