This was one of the best hotels that we have stayed at. The staff were kind and hospitable, service was efficient and we really appreciated being able to easily walk to the Masjid-al-Haram. Special thanks to Mr. Athan at the check-in counter for making our stay seamless.

Good hotel lived up to the hype. We had an awesome Kabah view which is just unreal. Location is also good. We were on the 41st floor and had to wait for lifts sometimes but wasn’t as bad with some proper planning. The breakfast in the mornings was decent, but beware the crowds. It can get a bit raucous. I’m not sure how I feel about its proximity to Clock Tower mall. It can be a blessing for the access to the food courts , but can also be a nightmare to traverse with all the people. I would stay at Swissotel again.

We had a great experience at swissotel Makkah. Check in/ out was super easy. The staff was courteous and cleaning was spot on. Distance to the haram was admirable. Love it. Will come back again Insha Allah with Almighty’s permission.
