Fantastic hotel with brilliant service throughout. The location was perfect when going to the haram, would always stay here when coming to makkah. The breakfast options were brilliant too, stayed with 2 kids and they thoroughly enjoyed it too

Great place , comfort and clean room, friendly stuff. The hotel has private mosque which you don’t need to go out in crowded times. I have stayed-in alot of 5 star hotel around the world i have not seen as this Breakfast too many types of food that suits everyone and every culture. Fantastic experience. Exceptional stay. The location is perfect—just a short 7-minute walk to the Haram. What truly stood out were the staff. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jumeirah Jabal Omar and generally had a comfortable experience. However, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service in the dining area. Specifically, Mr. Khushnud and Jaseem went above and beyond during all my meals. They were the epitome of professionalism: efficient, attentive, and incredibly welcoming.
