Location location location. The best location in makkah. Hotel is dated needs upgrade but still clean and everything works great. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is amazing. The only problem i had was the housekeeping took my son's soft toy and sleeping bag and we never got it back

Everything was excellent. The concierge team, valet staff, and doorman were all fantastic. The hotel’s location right in front of the Haram is unbeatable. However, the food was below expectations and needs improvement( breakfast was not we expect). The property also feels dated, with a 70s-style design,it’s definitely time for a renovation.

This hotel is literally 2 minutes walk to Masjid al Haram. You walk down the hotel steps and you're on the white tiles. They also have their own prayer room. Hotel speaker connected to Masjid al Haram. The hotel is very luxurious. The staff are very polite. The breakfast buffet is the best. Would definitely go back

Exceptional location but average hotel

Let me start with a positive. The location of the hotel in proximity to the Haram is unparalleled. I traveled with my elderly mother and I wanted to make sure we got something close. It is hands-down the best location. It is definitely worth paying a little more and getting a room with a Haram view. The hotel itself is outdated. We opted to buy the breakfast package and was very disappointed. There are plenty of places to eat around and I would not recommend buying the breakfast package. The club lounge is also a waste of money. The staff at the hotel was friendly but do not expect anyone to go above and beyond.
