I am proud of all staff there. Especially front desk receptionist, I remember one name Ahmed Alsugaie. Also special thanks to day and night duty manager Mr. Aloufi Majed and MR. Alharbi Saif. It’s really great hotel with great customer service. It’s almost 30 minutes walk from Kaaba. Shuttle service available but it’s ok not bad. For Friday prayers you have to take texi after 10 am . Overall good experience
