The room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. The staff were excellent — extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Located in the clock tower everyone warned it would take a long time to get in and out of the hotel. It actually wasnt too bad. The hotel itself was clean and the views from breakfast were stunning. Our first room a standard Haram view room was of a decent size for a family of 4 with a double and 2 singles. The bathroom was adequate size, and the showers were powerful and hot. The staff were helpful particularly Abdullah and a lady who helped us when we had a problem with our bathroom door when we got stuck inside and the handle came off...resulting in a room upgrade to a suite which was also lovely. Breakfast was fresh with fair options, the waiter bought is fresh omelettes from the kitchen made as requested, with fresh parathas and a kadak tea option. Overall a pleasent stay.

The hotel is in great location, nice view. One recommendation they should change the carpet, it’s pretty old and used. I am sure the hotel is busy year round, they should refurbish the rooms often.

Room was neglected. One bed had a metal piece sticking out of it! It poked my thigh, luckily I saw it on time. The beds itself was like the ones in a hooker type hotel! It was ripped up in many places. The blankets were thin enough to give us alll the cough and flu! The thermostat didn't work to increase temperature up as we needed it. There is only one thin pillow per bed, whereas even 2 star hotels have at least 2! Yep, 5 star hotel felt like a 2 star. The food was great. One staff guided us to the Makkah towers in the wrong direction, which was literally a block away. We had to spend 20 riyal for taxi and missed maghreb Salah in the Haram.

Check-in was quick. Access to Haram is the best. 4 minutes walk to Kabah. Breakfast spread very good. Housekeeping staff Mr Ismail is very polite and ensured our room was cleaned well daily.
