「They loaned me a microwave oven for employee use.」

「The staff at The Shores Inn informed me that I needed to pay $20 on top of the amount already paid on-line to Expedia to secure my stay.」

「Mildewed curtain, strong smell in the room, towels very old and looking dirty (yellowed, and black stain), very smooth, slippery bath floor. We tried to cut to one night, with a help from Expedia, in vain. We checked out without staying the second night with 100% penalty on us. We had reserved it for the kitchenette, no use for us.」
