「Rooms included both cable TVs and refrigerators which helped keep things relaxed indoors after visiting Conejo Valley Botanic Gardens or Los Robles Greens Golf Course during daytime trips nearby」

「Small fridge plus quick checkout made things simple when I left early morning.」

「Not flashy but practical with parking close by and a pool outside that looked usable. Basic cable TV added some entertainment.」

「Room felt average compared to other motels but everything worked fine including Wi-Fi and heating.」

「Tired after the drive, glad we found a space suitable for our group. The fridge was handy for snacks and drinks, with parking right outside our door making unloading simple.」

「There was lots of room here, which suited our group well. Being close to local places made getting around simple.」

「The double bed felt sufficiently comfortable for two guests, heating made early chilly mornings much more bearable too.」

「I liked that the fridge stayed cold and having a terrace gave us outdoor space. The beds were comfortable for two after long days visiting places like Moorpark College nearby.」

「Double bed suited us perfectly with plenty of space to move around comfortably in the room.」

「I liked the property was on the beach. I don’t like that I didn’t get the room with the view. I paid quite a bit and I thought it was a little bit overpriced for what I paid for but other than that experience was nice.」

「The Chill Avacado is accurately named! I had to move a couple hanging Avacado away from my van so the slider would close. The orchard is pretty cool to observe. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Since the apartment is adjacent to a working orchard I feared there would be lots of morning noise. Instead all I heard was the neighbor’s chickens saying good morning.I would stay here again if the opportunity arose.」

「It feels nice and private」

「We came up to the area for the weekend. It was a great weekend stay, place was nice along with the amenities in the apartment complex. We also loved that it was gated. However, there were some things when we arrived that weren’t clean, dishes weren’t very clean we had to wash them before using and neither were our sheets. Almost like it had dog hair in them. However when we let our host know, they did accommodate it all and gave us new sheets and helped us out. Communicate with them was great!」

「Picturesque location as an escape from the traffic and noise. Eclectic and artsy lodging created by free spirits over time. Some might say quirky. Accommodation was not modern which provided extra charm. Comfortable for just me to get away, but close to beach and city and its offerings. Hosts responded quickly and provided great directions to off beaten path. I would stay here again when I have more time to hike and explore (nearby state park). Thanks so much.」

「House was as advertised. Parking was easy. We had a truck and couldn’t fit into the garage but were able to find spots without any issues. 」

「Nice little getaway spot」

「Great location. Enjoyed the lounge chairs on property and the easy walk to the pier.」

「The hot tub open late allowed many guests to relax together quietly enjoying themselves during evenings peacefully here as well.」
