「This is a great place to stay because it’s so central to most everything you want to see in the greater LA area. Unless there’s intense traffic, it seems to be about 20 minutes to each museum, etc. Also, there’s some very nice restaurants, literally a very short walk from the apartment Cuban Russian and Japanese delicious.」

「My family and I were really surprised when we arrived. We felt very welcomed. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the complex. We had our own parking space and the residents were friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location. I would stay here again in the future. 5 ⭐️」

「This property was ideal for us. Super clean throughout the entire place and in a quiet neighborhood. We were arriving super late and there snacks waiting for us after our long drive to LA. Communication was easy and we could tell the great care that has been taken to make sure the apartment is in great condition. We would definitely book this place again.」

「My husband and I absolutely loved this charming pool cottage! It’s in a very family friendly neighborhood and close enough to the action without being in the chaos of downtown. We loved ending our nights in the hot tub with a cold beverage, perfect way to end the night! The host was super friendly and we loved having treats to give his sweet dog when we saw him. We would definitely rent again if we are in the area!」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Frank’s beautiful home. It’s close to the beach (including a great bike/walking path), and a great location for drives to other beachside communities. The garden is beautiful and would be a perfect spot for relaxing and outdoor dining if the weather permits. A few good restaurants are also within walking distance. Frank was easy to communicate with and overall we had a great stay. Thank you Frank!」

The property was super clean, and we appreciated the easy access. The location was stunning, offering beautiful views all around. 「Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed staying at this stunning ocean view condo. It was a retreat and was perfect for us and our daughter, her husband and their 17 month old son - our grandson! There was even a pack-n-play and highchair in the condo - even though we had brought our own P&P! Very helpful though. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location for a weekend get-a-way or stay even longer. The views were amazing - it was quiet - there is a courtyard for our pup to go out and relieve herself -...

「Bed was super comfortable. Location was convenient (7 minutes from our kids and walkable to Natalee Thai). Sun cooperated and the garden was beautiful. Immediately responsive on an evening phone call when i had trouble connecting with the WIFI because I used the wrong password. Icemaker in frig didn't work, so it would have been nice to have ice cube trays. A bit of trouble with the heating, which was on a timer. A call and a visit from their assistant produced an immediate fix.」

「Loved the views. Apt had great amenities, such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, and small things like dish soap and sponge (which we sometimes don't have at other rental homes and need to run to the supermarket last min). Owner/manager was very responsive. The back lock on the deck was broken, but didn't feel unsafe since people on the beach can't get up to the deck. Bunk beds was fine for my teens.」

「My friend and I loved staying here. We wanted somewhere to decompress after driving for 9 days and this funky little pad was perfect. It’s a 1920s private guest house just off the back landing, accessed by steps. It is closer to Venice beach than to Santa Monica pier, with easy walking access to restaurants and the SM farmers market. The downstairs laundry was excellent, the kitchen well set up, and the whole place suited us. Be warned, though, if you are short, the high chairs at the kitchen...

「Thanks for providing a great space for my visit. It was the perfect location and best of all always had parking nearby. Only suggestion would be to provide some silverware for the unit as not all takeout will give silverware. Thanks again for a lovely stay!」

「I loved my stay! I stayed for about 3 weeks and the location is great - east walk to downtown and in a very safe area. I was a solo female traveler and I felt very safe the entire stay. The place was also so clean, comfortable bed and living area. I also used the laundry and had issues with the dryer properly drying but that’s all. I would highly recommend.」

「The apartment itself is clean if u drive and not to plan to walk around then it is good place. However instruction wasn’t great. My check-in time was 4:pm but i got message extra ly at 4 pm and saying that tell them 30 min before the arrival…… And no fork and spoon……………………. Other than that good place to stay」
