「Check in was easy. Every room was clean. Large garage for parking. Bedrooms on every floor offers separation for guests. The house looks just like the pictures. 2 balconies, 1 in the living room and one in the top level master bedroom. Small outdoor seating would be nice. FYI: The other resident in the complex does not close the driveway gate. They leave it open. 」

「This unit worked out perfectly for me. Location was great for getting around with a rental car. As other reviews, mentioned, the entry is through a gated alley. It was no problem for me, but I could see it being difficult for a single female traveler. Otherwise, the unit was great, and I would recommend for a quick stay in the Venice beach area.」

「Location is very central 15-25 minutes to anywhere easy access to I10, parking is on the street and can be tough to find but not bad. The place was clean and true to pictures. It’s quite around there also, I liked and would rent again if I ever went back to LA」

「Nice & quiet. Basic accommodation but super affordable, easy and safe parking, walkable to Lodge Bread and super close to fun in Beverly Hills. Easy to take Waymo or Lyft to avoid downtown parking while in Beverly Hills. Very easy communication with the staff. 」

「Great place to stay for a large group. There were eight of us and plenty of room for us to spread out across the three floors and 4 bedrooms. Having four bathrooms was really the absolute best!
