「I was looking be for around beverly hills . It was a relatively cheap hotel in the area. So I didn't have high expectations, but it was very nice and clean. If I go to LA again I would like to stay here again.」

「Really good location, it was a nice 1 week stay in Venice beach. Just 1 min. walk to the beach! Our party was 6 ppl including kids. I felt the capacity was not enough for 6 ... maybe for 4 adults. If there was a cleaning and linen service for long stay guests, that would be perfect. 」

「Our rental cancelled at the last moment and we were able to rent this property very quickly. We were in town for our 50th HS Reunion. The hosts communicated immediately which was a great relief. The house is spacious and we enjoyed sitting in the backyard under the mature fruit trees listening to the birds. Thanks again for saving our reunion weekend」

「This property was perfect! it’s right next to the beach in a location that is not overwhelmingly touristy. We were walking distance to plenty of food and a short ride to some other meal spots. Nicole was communicative and super helpful from the time we booked until we checked out. Could not recommend enough!」

「Great check in process with a door code. Easy communication with owner thru app. Clear directions throughout house. Adorable and well kept condoplex community in Culver City. About 20 minute walk to the heart of downtown/Main Street culver. 15-20 mins by car to Santa Monica, 30 mins to Hollywood. Home has everything you’ll need, including great shower products. Would book again! Only recommendation (if any) would be for an upgrade to the sheets.」

「The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....
