「This hotel was basically clean and tidy in the room but the facility is generally run down & in poor condition. The walkways smell faintly of urine and paint, drywall etc is cracked, chipped and in need of service」

「This is a great place to stay because it’s so central to most everything you want to see in the greater LA area. Unless there’s intense traffic, it seems to be about 20 minutes to each museum, etc. Also, there’s some very nice restaurants, literally a very short walk from the apartment Cuban Russian and Japanese delicious.」

「We really enjoyed staying in this property. The hosts are first rate and have thought of everything - and the location is superb. Perfect for Universal Hollywood in particular - which was our main reason for visiting. The thoughtfulness of providing groceries on arrival sets this property, and specifically its owners, apart from other rentals. 「My family and I were really surprised when we arrived. We felt very welcomed. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the complex. We had our own parking space and the residents were friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location. I would stay here again in the future. 5 ⭐️」
