Castaic is a nice community. Actually, I cancelled this trip. The clerk at the front desk was very rude and was on the phone for about 25 minutes after they took my ID. Then when I questioned the nightly rate, I decided not to stay for 4 nights.

It was ok for the price. I would stay here again but I would check your room out before getting everything down from your car especially your bathroom. Also when we check out the lady in the front desk was really rude.

Non smoking rooms smell like smoke, I feel like a smoker now! The a/c heater unit is old and very noisy but it works. Recommend updating plug sockets with USB charge ports.
