"We’ve been renting this unit when we visit the Burbank area. Access is easy. Parking is a breeze. There is a small kitchenette, so we avoid dining out all of the time. Having the private outdoor sitting area is one of the best features. The owner resides in the main house, and is a wonderful guy."

"This place is cute and clean and has all the amenities you would need. It's up in the Hollywood hills so be aware that driving and parking on the street is a challenge, but it's doable. Views cannot be beat. The only complaint I had was we smelled weed almost constantly day and night coming through the vents. That's the only reason I didn't give the property 5 stars. I did not use the TV because I couldn't turn it on. It was an Apple TV and I am sure it worked, I just did not know how to use it. Owner did try to help though - user (me) could not figure it out. My time there was wonderful overall!!!"
