After nearly ten years, my wife and I finally had the chance to take a trip together, and Loews Hollywood was the perfect home base for such a special getaway. The location is exceptional! Right in the heart of Hollywood and within easy walking distance of the Walk of Fame, Dolby Theatre, TCL Chinese Theatre, restaurants, and entertainment. It made exploring Los Angeles effortless while still giving us a beautiful, comfortable place to retreat to at the end of the day. Our room was clean, comfortable, stylish, and offered wonderful views of the city. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully presented. But what truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff were warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. That personal touch made the experience feel much more special than simply staying at a hotel. "The hotel staff were all really, really nice. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff were all really, really nice. The room was beautifully clean, although we did have a small problem with our air-conditioning unit which was promptly fixed and the fridge temperature was a little bit too low because we had two cans of Coca-Cola exploded as they had frozen. The swimming pool was just the right size, although the quality of the water was not the best. It was a bit cloudy and there were areas of the pool that had floating scum on them. We did bring this to the attention of the maintenance folks who did address it. But the Pool could have been cleaner. The beds were beautifully comfortable, the pillows were beautifully comfortable, the water pressure was fantastic, the daily housekeeping was also fantastic. I would totally stay at this hotel again."
