「Mold in the bathroom gave us headaches and we got very sick there. Cold water. Very cold at night. Carpet is dirty. Mirrors damaged. Window doesn't close. Overall very bad experience and I would give it a zero if I could」

「The room was very clean and roomy for our family of 4, however the room was very stuffy and got hot fast the ac was on but took a long time. There is no fan in the bathroom so we showered with the door cracked so it didn’t get too steamy. I recommend bringing a fan. The jacuzzi was absolutely amazing after a long day at universal studios. The breakfast was different every day and had a great variety. Staff was friendly and helpful and the bed were very comfortable. We will be staying here again...
