The Garland

"Our stay at the Garland Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The front desk staff handled our early check-in with incredible efficiency and a warm welcome. Our room was spacious, spotless, and featured an ultra-comfortable queen bed with crisp linens. We loved the central location, which put us within a short distance and top local cafes. Oh how their restaurants are so affordable and delicious foods!!!!The daily and hourly free shuttle service to the universal studios was amazing with such a very patient and compassionate service of the driver( I'm sorry i forgot his name). Teresa the front desk lady is awesome!!!! We would gladly stay here again on our next trip!”"

"The property was very nice and clean and modern. The negatives were that there was no complimentary breakfast. The staff was very nice and we asked for silverware and almost as we were hanging up the phone they were already knocking on the door. Its also a short uphill walk to universal. Also parking was a little higher than expected."

"This is my business home away from home. I am absolutely blown away by the care of the staff (who introduce themselves to you right away) and the comfort of the hotel itself. I use the lounge and restaurant downstairs to relax and catch up on work, and the beds are fabulous, comfortable, quiet!!!! Great sleep, great stay every single time. Thank you. See you this Thursday!"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Loved the bed and water pressure in the shower, actually going to miss that. One are for improvement would be your restaurant. Looks like an old dingy banquet hall from the 80’s with those tired looking maroon chairs. I know continental breakfast was included with the room but never wanted to eat there due to the esthetics of the room."
