This place looks like a halfway house. Not a professional business at all. Do not let the pictures fool you. I booked two nights but left as soon as I arrived and saw the property. I have attempted to get a refund but apparently the business owners do not accept calls from Expedia even though they are on the platform. Do not book here unless you are desperate or enjoy slumming.

There was nothing to like, they took my money but I never go access to my hotel room, I was forced to spend another $347.00 for accommodations at another hotel, weary traveler beware, avoid this place.

BEWARE!!! This is a not what is advertised. BEWARE!!! They show a bed, night stand, towels. when you arrive, no front desk, shady people who "know nothing". Then the worse part, it's pods that are like bigger than a dog kennel but the same premise, for adults. I am contacting the LA Building and Safety after talking with LA Fire for the city of Los Angeles. DO NOT PURCHASE

The room just smelled terrible. There was a tiny fan for ventilation in my sleeping space, but unfortunately, I think one of the other guests had strong body odor, and the whole room smelled terrible, including my sleeping space. I tried wearing a mask because I was extremely tired and just wanted to sleep, but the ventilation was really poor. I would not recommend this place if you are claustrophobic or sensitive to smells. I ended up not using the space at all and had to spend extra money on a cab to transfer to another decent place to sleep.

The room was very clean, and our check in instructions were very easy to follow. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. I was concerned when the parking instructions said first come, first served, but there was ample room for us to park. Overall, a very positive experience, and so convenient for our overnight stay.

The sleep pods were clean and comfortable. Provided fresh blankets and pillows and a towel. Parking was a little bit of a worry but about 7 cars can fit in the driveway before blocking someone in. Was a good experience!
